nbn Speeds: The maximum line speed available at your premises for FW/FTTN/B/C customers will be confirmed your after connection, and if below your typical evening speed you may downgrade to a plan which reflects your actual connection speed.

Data Banking & Monthly Rollover (on applicable plans): A Data Banking plan automatically rolls over any unused data into a ‘Data Bank’ for future months. If your service exceeds the included usage allowance in a month and you have data available in the bank, it will be withdrawn at the end of the month before being liable for excess usage. A maximum of 15,000 GB can be stored in the bank at any time. Usage cannot be redeemed for credit, transferred between services and expires when a service is cancelled or changed to a plan without data banking.

Flatrate Data: Residential Fair Use Policy applies – details @ https://futurebroadband.com.au/aup

Excess usage: $10 per 500GB or part thereof. For example 50 GB excess = $10, 600GB excess = $20
Buy Data Topup directly into your databank to use over many months – 1000GB = $10, 2000GB = $15, 3000GB = $22.50, 5000GB = $35, 8000GB = $50
There is no excess usage on Flatrate Data Plans.

Standard Installation: Additional charges apply for non-standard installations, subsequent installs, and new development areas.

Billing/Payment/Deposit Once you submit your order to us, we will review it and if accepted process the deposit payment for your order. Once payment of deposit is successful we will begin ordering your services with our suppliers for internet / voice and if required, hardware. The activation date of your service will mark its billing start date. As we issues invoices on the 1st of each month, your first invoice will contain a pro-rata adjustment in arrears to reflect a mid-month activation date as well as the first full month in advance. Residential Invoices are paid by Autopay only (no surcharge), on or around the 1st of each month. Comprehensive payment options are available with our Enterprise-Lite and Enterprise NBN offering.

Optional Phone Services Future Broadband provides customers options for VOIP and UNI-V phone services. These services do not provide priority assistance and are dependent on your internet service to function. If your internet service is unavailable and the phone cannot connect, you wont be able to dial 000. For Priority Assistance services we recommend you contact Telstra.
